My husband doesn't have a problem with celebrating New Year's
by doublelife inhe's already celebrated this last thanksgiving with me and today he asked me if i have any new year resolutions.
i told him no, i hadn't given it much thought.

As I knelt on one knee inorder to hug Virginia at the end of the funeral service for your father, she whispered to me "you were one of Al's favorites". I cried daily for a week after this.
So many memories and renewed feelings from reading this series. Thank you!

my wife barbara and i were recently disfellowshipped for apostasy.

Frank and Barbara are such a huge part of my life, it's in my DNA! I was seven years old when he began my weekly studies. I can't tell you how many times Frank had to step in whenever youthful "transgressions" of mine occasionaly slipped out! He officiated my wedding. We reconnected in fall of 2008 and it was one of the happiest days of the decade, for me!
So pleased to find this series. I loved Al & Virginia like they were my own grandparents. Amazing people. I will never, ever forget them.

Actually, TruthSets, MJ was quite a consistent presence at meetings, assemblies and when possible, in the field. It was a huge part of his itinerary and he carried the experience through his last days. Some were there there. We know the entire story.

I remember those first weeks in 1982-1983 when we tried to slog through those new songs. In fact, you were the pianist for at least three months strraight as we tried our best to sing incredibly difficult melodies! Funny yet painful too. But mostly funny!
Say hi to Barbara for me!
